Need to lose 28lbs in 4 months. Reckon I can do it!

One question - is there any way to create recipes on here so you don't need to individually add all the ingredients?

Add all the ingredients to your lunch, dinner, or whatever section in the food diary, then click remember meal just below and then you can name the meal. Next time when you want to choose that food, click add food, then there is a tab called My Meals where it should appear.

Hi! I like to use the Spark Recipe Calculator. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp You just put in the ingredients and tell it how many servings, and it gives you full nutrition information for a serving. I then make an entry in the MFP database for the serving. That, or if you only make one serving at a time, you could use the meals feature. It's useful, but I'd like it better if you could edit the meals.

    Welcome to MFP! :flowerforyou:
