Fitbit Alta HR not tracking all exercises
I know this is not the first thread on this topic, however, I have not found an answer to my issue. My alta HR tracks my walking workouts without issue. Jillian Michael DVDs
I love Jillian Michael DVDs, especially Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs, and 6 week six pack. I have no idea how to log them in the exercise tracker. I don't want to give myself more calories burned then is appropriate. So are the DVDs cardio, cross training, aerobics, etc? Help. Thanks! :happy:
