Jillian Michael DVDs

I love Jillian Michael DVDs, especially Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs, and 6 week six pack. I have no idea how to log them in the exercise tracker. I don't want to give myself more calories burned then is appropriate. So are the DVDs cardio, cross training, aerobics, etc? Help. Thanks!

I wear my heart rate monitor when I do ripped in 30. I usually burn about 250-275 calories. I know everyone is different but maybe this will help you.0

I am 5'2", 145.I burn around 350-400 on them. On her bfbm I burn around 450-4800

Most people (myself included) log them at circuit training.0

I made up a new one (you can add your own exercise in) and record how many calories I burned from my HRM. NOrmally about 200-250 calories for 6wk6pk.0

Hey, great to meet another Jilian fan! I totally got into her DVDs while living in the US. I record them like Tae Bo, because that's also high intensity training. So, I count a burn of 400kcal for Yoga Meltdown and 6week sixpack, but I think No more trouble zones should burn around 740kcal, because it's super intense....0

Thanks for everyones replies. I bought a heart rate monitor and I'm very pleased with that device for calorie tracking.0
