Hey guys, I'm on a weight gaining diet. So far, I've had no trouble hitting my daily reqs for protein, fats, and fiber, but I always fall short on carbs. What sort of things can I eat to bump up my numbers only in that respect? I'm trying really hard not to run over my sat fat limit (which I frequently do).
