How to get more carbs?

Hey guys,

I'm on a weight gaining diet. So far, I've had no trouble hitting my daily reqs for protein, fats, and fiber, but I always fall short on carbs. What sort of things can I eat to bump up my numbers only in that respect? I'm trying really hard not to run over my sat fat limit (which I frequently do).

    if you're just trying to gain weight, all that matters is calories. But ideally you should be getting a minimum of 1g of protein per lb of lbm and .3-.45g of fat per lb of bodyweight and fill in the rest of the cals however you like.

    Pop Tarts and ice cream are good for carbs too
