Need more friends that lift!
The first time I got into the weight room is when I got the New Rules of Lifting book. I was scared to death. That was over 2 years ago. I love lifting! Cardio is so boring to me now. Looking for some new friends that have the same interests so we can motivate each other. Feel free to add me as a friend if you are a fellow…

TDEE Question with BMF results
I really believe in eating more, but I am not sure if I have figured out what my TDEE is. Here is what I know. I have worn my BMF 3 times since I have gotten it. I wore it each time for a week. My actual calories for those weeks were: 19,362 week 1, 18,829 week 2, and 18071 week 3. In week 1 I was doing more cardio. I…

I like eating more!
I have a small celebration that I would like to share. I have been eating 1700-1900 calories and have not seen the scale move for months. Don't skip Phase 6
I started phase 6 today. I was going to skip it like the book says but I decided to try it. I am glad I did! I could acutally do the Negative Chin Up and I did real push ups man style today. It shows how much stronger I have become throughout the program.

How do you plan for a big eating day?
So I upped my calories about 3 weeks ago and I am trying to stay consistent each day with my 1900 calorie goal. It seams like there is always an event that I go to on the weekend and I end up going over my goal. I try and eat well throughout the day and save up my calories. What do you do when you go over your daily…
