Too many carbs?
I've got the MFP setting at 1200 net calories. Works for me as far as hunger goes. If I work out, I eat most of eat back. Anyway, I am wondering if I am eating too many carbs? I am always over but below on protein. Should I try to change or is it not so much to make a difference?

Exhausted and low energy

I have a friend who seems to think highly of Xocai and the benefits but I haven't had gotten real good information from her yet as we haven't had much time to talk.
