I seem to be running low on MFP buddies lol. I normally delete people if they haven't logged for an extended amount of time (ie, 2-3 months). I need more buddies that will offer support as well as receive support without passing judgement. Feel free to add me :drinker:

I normally stop counting my cal burn once my % is 50% or below and then I document it. At what % do u stop tracking YOUR cal burn?

Absolutely Love Tapout XT
Has anyone else tried or completed Tapout XT? I'm on my 3rd week and I am absolutely loving it. I workout a lot and this has made me use muscles that I didn't even know I had. Did I mention I love it? I think that everyone should check it out :) .

Burning Out and Running on Fumes
How many people have friends or buddies that they think are doing too much to try to lose weight in a hurry? Same Weight
I just wanted to say how happy I am that I can weigh myself in the evening after eating all day and still be the same weight I was when I weighed in in the morning :happy: . Is anyone else experiencing this?

Nutrient Details
I've been a member of MFP for over a week now and I"m just now noticing the Nutrient Details section on the app. Apparently I've been going over on my carbs and fat or just close to it. Is this a bad thing? I find it hard to believe that I really need to stay within these limits since one meal (healthy meal) can send you…
