You're 5'6" and weigh 140lbs. That's a great weight for your height. Anyone that tells you that you're fat and they know that you're not fat, is only doing it to lower your self esteem. You should NEVER lose weight for anyone but yourself. You said "oh the things we do for love", but that's not love. Please get out of this…

Oh I'm sorry. Yes I was talking about on an HRM.

Yes and I absolutely love it. I'm on my 4th week now. It is pretty challenging and u will be very sore that first week :)
-
Yes I've tried both Insanitys and like someone else said, they r not at all like Tapout. Someone else had asked where did I buy it from. I think I googled it lol. But I believe u can go to www.tapoutxt.com.

It's all suggestive. They tell u that u will lose weight if u sprinkle it on ur food. That's because that's what they tell u. I've tried it and it doesn't work.

Feel free to add me...and anyone else that would like to

Yeah but a true friend will give it to you straight. I can't stand by and let my friends hurt themselves. But I wouldn't push.

I will be completing today's challenge when I get home. I worked out this morning (PT..I'm in the military  )

I do weigh in in the morning. But I like to weigh in at night for some reason. I don't look at my weight in the evening as my true weight because of food and liquid consumption. I just think that it's weird lol

How did you burn that much doing our challenge? I'm jealous  . I did a 45 min workout (Turbo Fire) and then did the challenge exercises and only burned about 390.

I think it's just your body going through the changes that normally happen. But to put your mind at ease it's good that you scheduled an appt.

It's no where near what P90X is. When you do Slim in 6 it seems like you're doing nothing but her workouts are so effective.
-
Are you trying to bulk up?

Actually 3lbs a week is healthy. You can lose up to 4lbs a week and be in the healthy range. Your body is just reacting differently to your workouts lately. Some weeks you may see an increase in weightloss and some weeks you may see a decrease. It could be that you need to eat more if that's not what you're looking to…

I've completed Slim in 6/Slim Series a few years ago and had EXCELLENT results. I didn't lose a lot of weight with this program (but that's just me), but I did lose tons of inches. I'm 5'3' and I went from a size 10 to a 4 and I weighed at the time 130-135. If you're looking to losing inches, which is the most important…

I agree with the Big Mack theory  lol

As long as you don't go over your calorie goal you're fine  . You have to remember that everyone is different so no two people are alike when it comes to food and what works best for them. Keep up the good work!

I agree that it's the person's fault and not the diet. BUT....and there's a but...u can't go to extremes with losing weight. 4-8 hours a day in the gym is insane and not realistic. There is no way a person can keep that as a lifestyle change. You have to choose a realistic routine (food/exercise) that you know you can…

I think that as long as we're doing something and burning cals is the goal. I know that tonight I'm going home and doing some Insanity: The Asylum and then I'll do the other portion of our challenge.
-
Ok lol I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong and doing this all for nothing. In the past I've just done it all on my own with no tracking and it worked for me. This is something new for me as far as really tracking what I eat. Thanx!

I'm in the same boat as you. This is why I joined MFP. I'm on a 1500 cal a day goal. I try not to have to much of a deficit at the end of the day. I exercise 6 days a week and I make up the cals I burn. I'm usually left with anywhere from 30-80 remaining cals for the day. I don't want to be consistent and have to big of a…

I just started and I think I'm only in my second week. So far I've only lost 1lb and I eat 1500 cals a day. I, however, do make up my cal burn from my workouts. Congrats on your weightloss!

I've heard the same thing and that's what I was talking about. It's worked for me as far as fat burning. It helped me to lose a lot of inches which to me is more important than weightloss. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

I think it depends on the person. I personally like working out before breakfast because since there are no cals to burn or not a larrge amount to burn ur burning fat right away. Which is a good thing. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

Is there anyway we can substitute the running for something else and just do the other excercises too? I'm asking because today isn't a running day for me. And by the time I get home it's dark and I like to run outside. I usually run on Mon, Wed and Fri mornings and the rest of the week I do about a 60 min - 90 min workout…
