Nutrient Details

I've been a member of MFP for over a week now and I"m just now noticing the Nutrient Details section on the app. Apparently I've been going over on my carbs and fat or just close to it. Is this a bad thing? I find it hard to believe that I really need to stay within these limits since one meal (healthy meal) can send you over what it says the daily intake should be. Can somebody help me understand this, please

This may not be the right answer, but.... I only pay attention to the calories and have been able to lose just fine...0

Whatever works for you within the calorie goal. Some people do better with smaller amounts of high-fat foods, some with higher volumes of high fiber foods.0

Ok lol I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong and doing this all for nothing. In the past I've just done it all on my own with no tracking and it worked for me. This is something new for me as far as really tracking what I eat. Thanx!0
