My first month

my first month results: down 7 lbs ( tracker says 6, I put wrong starting weight)
Down 1" in chest
Down 2" in waist
Down 1" in hips
I set MFP to help me lose 1 lb a week. MFP gave me 1410 calories. I upped that to 1500 and do not eat my exercise calories. ( I base this on a calculation by a trainer on MFP). I very rarely eat more than 1200 calories, just not hungry enough to. On weekends I tend to go over 1500 at least one day, because of the junk food put in front of me I can't resist.
I am thrilled with my results, as I am hypo thyroid, and have had a hard time losing weight in past. I had gained 20 lbs since diagnosis 3 years ago.
I am a mother of 5 kids ages 3-11. I am constantly faced with temptation, like Halloween candy. I haunt had any. I am way t
Conscious about how much calories they have. Why would I waste that many calories for just a bite? Logging is essential for me. I work out 30- 60 minutes 5 days a week. Nothing too hard core. ( ripped in 30, zumba, and a little elliptical).
Just thought I'd encourage some new beginners. Didn't mean to be long winded. I have to say that I am having fun with it too. It feels so good to be accomplishing something!

I just started and I think I'm only in my second week. So far I've only lost 1lb and I eat 1500 cals a day. I, however, do make up my cal burn from my workouts. Congrats on your weightloss! :happy:0
