I normally stop counting my cal burn once my % is 50% or below and then I document it. At what % do u stop tracking YOUR cal burn?

I assume she is referring to a percentage of her max HR - i.e. she stop tracking when her HR is less than 50% of her max, but that's only a guess.
I stop tracking when I stop working, regardless of what my HR is.0 -

I log a little less of my calorie burns if my day has been less active in general. Like if for some reason there's hardly any housework to do or errands to run, then I don't count all my excersizing since I am set at 'lightly active"0 -
