I will eventually engage in other exercise activities but for now I love cycling. I commute by bicycle to work and also try to ride the central park loop after I get home. Anyone else out there using their bikes to get fit? Add me!

How do you keep sodium down??
First I'd like to say that my weight is starting to fall again after 3 weeks of no loss or gains (I think sodium is one cause of the stall) but sodium just seems to be so high in everything. Aside from cooking everything I eat, has anyone had success at maintaining low levels of sodium?

When the scale fails to fall
Hi all, I bike to work everyday without fail, 5 miles each way and I ride hard. My fastest time was 20 minutes on my mountain bike. Over the past couple weeks I don't seem to have made much progress on the scale even though I have a caloric deficit of 500 or more everyday except the weekends where sometimes I break even…
