Use a coffee mug fill it with cold water - put the egg in the mug and shake the mug until the water drains. Egg she'll will fall right off.

I love cycling too! These Hills are giving me problems though. I ride through it but good lord such pain in central park. It doesn't look like much until you try to go up.

Hola!! I'm always looking for great pals to add!!

100 miles!!! Wow . how do you handle the sack pain???
-
Yes the freedom is great! Definitely agree.

I have come to hate the trains but sometimes there's no other option. I try to ride as often as possible

I suffer from anxiety. I had a pulmonary embolism and dvt and nearly lost my life. Anxiety followed but once I was able to get back on my bike I have controlled the anxiety issues. No meds as I'm just afraid to pop too many pills but I'm making it just fine with exercise.

Add me!! Always supportive here.

I log daily feel free to add away!

I haven't deleted anyone but I've been deleted. Who really cares honestly. If you feel the need to delete people for whatever reason I guess it's your business. It's not that serious to me. As long as I long in and show support for other friends anything done by others is inconsequential.

I crave both at different times...

Best thing to go for in that price range would be a mountain bike. You could probably get a decent used bike for that price. Not sure what you'll find on craigslist though. I got mtb and switched out the knobby wheels for slicks for my commute

I don't record my water because it's really all I drink aside from my green tea. I drink more than 64 oz of water daily. Except maybe on the weekends. I do drink water though even if my diary says otherwise

Everything I've read or have heard from others says turkey sausage is best for protein as well as the egg whites - I get my breakfast from a deli right next to my job. I figured it was pretty healthy but if it's too salty I'll try your alternative.
-
No health reasons why I can't have certain amounts of salt, I guess I just want to have preventative measures in place. I want to be as healthy as possible and based on the comments I have major changes to make still.

The fat loss I can handle. Even when the scale stalls I still see results when I look in the mirror but I don't want to retain the weight either. It does feel like the work you put in is for nothing though when the scale stops moving or creeps up.

I need to learn to cook then lol. I really don't think I'd like cooking but I'll try anything to keep seeing positive results.

Actually now that I think about it most meals my wife makes do come from a box, bag or can, at least the side dishes. My family has always eaten like this so it never occurred to me I guess.
-
Most of my meals are prepared and I still record high sodium counts. I don't eat lots of Fast food. Maybe once a week if that. Is my fitness pal accurate in sodium calculation?

i'm amazed at how much attention people pay to what's on my plate. Don't let this get you down - your results are raising eyebrows and the nosey's are just waiting to see you fall - if anything let the comment encourage you and stay consistent.

I can bike 5 miles in 20 minutes on a mountain bike!
