Anyone working 12 hour shifts?
Looking for some exercise tips from those of you working 12+ hour shifts. Anyone else not weighing in?
I was just wondering if there are others out there that have thrown the scale out the window? I spent the first 40 pounds obesssing over the scale, to a point where I was weighing daily and beating myself up over normal fluctuations, not to mention throwing in the towel repeatedly. I decided to take the remaining 40ish…
