Haha, just kidding. I love lifting. Here are before and afters from the 12 week summer shred contest I just finished. Befores were taken on April 1, 2013 at 185lbs/40.6% body fat. The afters were taken on June 22, 2013 at 164lbs/27.7% body fat. I can't believe the results I got in 12 weeks!
