I know this is going to sound wrong, but I cannot eat enough! Everyday I am under my calorie goal. I feel like I am doing a good job until I enter my exercise. Hey guys! So I am the type of person that loves high intensity workouts such as Zumba, cardio, and spinning. I want to try a Pilates class, but am afraid I wont like it because of the relaxed style. I am wondering if anyone has taken pilates and how you liked it. Also, how is the calorie burn? Thanks!
