Bad food.. Still under calories?
One of the reasons I like MFP is because counting calories still allows me to eat what I want... As long as I'm under my calories for the day. If I'm not not then I know I need to exercise to get back on track. Could this could hurt long term though? Are calories calories, not matter what they are from?

Heart Rate Monitor?
Hey guys! I would love to start tracking my heart rate when exercise and have been looking at the different HRM online and am a little overwhelmed. What do you guys recommend? One with a chest strap or a wrist monitor? There are so many options I just can't decide! Any one have personal experience stories?

Staying on Track.. Kind of?
So, I have been having this debate with myself. Eating not so great- but still staying under calories for the day? Or exercising enough to be able to accommodate your bad eating? I still feel like this is cheating myself! But now I've been stuck on this run of eating out/eating bad and am having trouble getting back on…
