That's what we said! My friend and I decided that if it's too much we would just repeat the previous week and try again. It may take us a little longer to finish, but we can stick to a pace that makes sense to us. And thanks! I'm excited to have joined!

Tomorrow is my last day of the first week of couch to 5k! I'm really liking the program so far and I am NOT a runner by any means. It's a good way to get your 30 minutes in too. :) I am nervous for the upcoming weeks because I'm afraid they'll be too intense. What did you guys think who are further in the program?
