I am not losing at all this week. As a matter of fact I am gaining (like 3 lbs!) Can someone look at my logs and tell me what I am doing wrong and what should I change?

going over in protein
I am always thinking that I am sabbatoging my weight loss bc I go over in Protein everyday. I mean like where I should have 40-50 g I am having 75- 95 g daily. I eat lean meats and nuts or trail mixes every day. Could I be over doing the protein?

how much protein is to much?
How much protein is to much? My dietian told me to eat my protein first at every meal but I am going over MFP recommended allowance a day every day. Will these prevent my weight loss what will it do to my body?

Ok I know I still have 60 lbs to go but I have 38 lbs off so far. But I have a ? How do we keep it off once its gone? My BMR is like 2200 a day so do I stay under that with 30 min workouts a day? How does this work?

So my reports keep saying that I have calories left each day due to exersize,is this ok? It also says that I will only lose 1.9 lbs a week but I want 15 lbs a month. How can I acheive this? thanks!
