how much protein is to much?

How much protein is to much? My dietian told me to eat my protein first at every meal but I am going over MFP recommended allowance a day every day. Will these prevent my weight loss what will it do to my body?

Consuming more protein can boost the metabolism. With resistance training its recommended by most that we get about 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight. But remember with added protein you should up your fiber intake as well...dont wanna get blocked up.0

thanks! I wondered what that problem that I was having was all about lol. I started putting benfiber in my water 2x a day.0
