Thanks everyone for the advice. I will def. watch the calories and red meat. I couldn't get any more calories in one day bc I had surgery for acid reflux with limited me. It cuts your stomach in half and wraps the throat with the remaining parts. I am up in calories now though:)

Thank you everyone! I feel much better but I will be limiting the nuts now that I got that good bit of info. I wondered why I felt like I was gaining since I started eating nuts last week!

Thanks everyone. Also for the reminder to recheck my BMR once the weight is off. I try to eat everything low fat or a healthier version of everything but once the weight is off I just don't want to blow it at a bday party with cake and icecream or an occassional choc bar. I have def. learned self control :)

it says in your own post that it prevents the egg from attaching to the wall, well it already fertilized duh, and I never said the copper went into the blood stream. So make sure you read a post correctly before trying to tell someone they are spreading wrong info:)

She is right. It keeps the baby from implanting after it is conceived it doesn't prevent the sperm from meeting the egg. most water bottles are 16.9 ozs so theres 2- 8ozs there. have one at breakfast, lunch, dinner and while working out= 8 cups. if you do this a week or 2 you will soon notice you need more lol

I have 5 kids. My last 3 are 1,2,3 yrs old. In the am I feed everyone, everyone works out together and at night after dinner I walk with them in the wagon. THank you Nati. I really needed to here that. I am having a hard time with the thought of how long it will take to do it. THe one good thing I am going to look forward to is hopefully seeing 2 lbs a week leaving my body! I will stay on this board bc all the failed attempts b4 were bc I was going at it alone.
