Hi. Is it safe to try 2 weight-bearing workouts in one day? I have a pass to a gym from a friend to try, but I always do pretty easy to moderate class at another place on Wed. nights. The first class would be this morning. Would it be okay to do both today?

I feel my "butt bones"!
Hi! I am so excited -- this morning, as I sat down at the computer, I realized that I can feel my "butt bones" --pelvis, I guess -- for the first time in well over a year! Woo Hoo! That means I am losing in my butt, which is big, and a BIG deal! I like to call it my Kim K butt. :smile:
