I have been at the same weight for 3-4 weeks now and its getting very frustrating? Any tips on how to break a plateau? I work out about 5-6 days a week and eat about 1200 calories

stuck
I am at that point where it seems like my weight will not decrease for the life of me. I am still exercising lots and trying to burn as many calories as possible, and I usually am under my calorie goal, but still weight loss is at a very minimum. Any suggestions?
