Lunch Ideas for at the office

I am heading to do some grocery shopping soon and need some ideas for lunches to bring to the office!
I am looking for low cal, simple to make, but filling lunch ideas!
Usually I go with the regular wraps and salads, but after awhile those get kinda of boring.

Any suggestions??
