We started a Biggest loser challenge at work well it starts tomorrow, so Im back for this to help me out.. and to have my friends add me so we can help eachother lose the weight..

I just bought some of the Fit & Active foods like the cereal bars, meal protine bars snacks and breakfast drinks and so on to get healthy calories, has anyone tried these, are they going to be good for me or bad? I know that alot of diet foods have the "Aspartame" in them I did not see that on any lable.. any advice of…

Im new to MFP started tonight
Hello, im not much of a talker until you get to know me.. just started MFP. I work crazy hours I get up at 3am and get off work at 1:30pm not real hungry all day, so i bought the Fit & Active snacks, meal bars, ect.. hopefully that way i can get calories i need to burn.. My dr told me that with what i do at work i dont eat…
