YES, at my work we are having a Biggest Loser contest, there are around 40 ish people on the challenge and also give each other tips and we all weigh in on the work scale, so its fun, helpfull and competive.. and its a good way to get to know the ones you dont work with..

I like the Fit & Active foods you can get rice cakes that are good and snack cookies that ate 100 calories a pouch.. that also helps when I crave something sweet.

Welcome, this is my 8th day here, My dr told me that i had to eat more to lose weight also, so i tried this site for 1 week to see of he was right, not that i thought he would lie but i had to know for myself.. and I lost 1 pound in about 1 week.. so he was right, and congratz on the stop smoking, Im trying to quit again…

Where can I get an armband? I saw that Jillian Michaels has one but not for sale until December.. I think the armband can help me track what I burn at work and in general...

My problem is I get up at 3am for work and I get off work at 1:30pm and I dont eat.. so I was going to eat those to consume calories and for energy. and when I eat my body does not burn it insted it turns into fat due to lack of eating so now im over weight. I bought some Lean Pockets Pizza, took them out of box and threw it away, now my hubby eats them, he thinks they are just hot pockets, I guess what he dont know cant hurt him.... that is an idea not too sure if that is helping you out, but i think its kinda cute how he loves them.

I use LIght Tuna in water, i eat it as a sandwich or i use it in my salad. I love tuna, I also read that it is a fat burner. ( like most fish ) there is a site that tells you the low sodium tuna and other fish it is http://www.heartwisefood.com/fishseafood.html hope that helps

Wow, thanks for the info... I switched from sugar to splenda, from reg soda to diet Wow.. I did not know I was harming my body and taking away fuel by doing so... and that explaines why im craving Sweets more now... Great diet tip for me... Thanks again :)
