Hi everyone. I logged on about a month ago and then went on vacation for two weeks but I am back and ready to lose weight for my health and for summer. I was pretty discouraged when I saw that I can only eat 1200 calories a day. How am I going to be able to do that? I'll bet with portions and with snacking, I am eating…
