Running
I have thought about running a million times, the main thing that stops me is my weight. I think I am too big too run. Might sound odd but I have only seen slim people run. I walk fast and walk often! Any advice from people who run daily?

I think I am eating way to much sodium, how much should I consume during the day?

My NSV for the day
I Joined this site on the 6th of this month and since then I have been doing tons of cardio/weights. Well tonight I showed my fiancee my new amazing arm muscles. He looked at me and said OMG your arms are getting bigger than mine! I couldn't help but be extremely proud of this! All of my hard work is paying off :)

30 day shred or biggest loser cardio max?
I use both DVD's, I bought the 30 shred because so many people said it was hard and would challenge me! The video is great but I sweat more and my muscles hurt more when I do the cardio max video! Has anyone else used both DVD's? If so which one did you prefer?
