I Joined this site on the 6th of this month and since then I have been doing tons of cardio/weights. Well tonight I showed my fiancee my new amazing arm muscles. He looked at me and said OMG your arms are getting bigger than mine! I couldn't help but be extremely proud of this! All of my hard work is paying off
