How to log Kosama?
I started Kosama about a week ago and can't figure out how to log the exercise calories. It is a very intensive group exercise that includes kettle bells, TRX, kickboxing and pylometrics. According to heart rate monitor is should be about 950-1200 calories depending on the class day.

My husband and I are going to an Indian restaurant tonight for the first time. Any recommendations on low calorie options? I can do spicy but not too spicy?

question about the exercise
I have a question about how the exercise works. I put that I workout 5 days a week for 65 minutes per visit and it only gave me a goal of 1460 calories per week. I burn that in two days not per week.
