Almost lost my motivation
Over the weekend I spent my time down at my girlfriends house. I did not do any of my workouts the whole weekend and started to ignore my diet. Almost didn't make it!
Ok so I was on my third night of my P90x program. It was a cold night and I had a full belly of food about 1 hour prior to workout time. I ended up falling asleep ! Right when I opened my eyes to roll over I jumped out of bed popped the dvd in and did my workout. MFP really does help with motivation. It was a close one…

So Far So Good
Well I completed my first night of p90x workout and my first daily food log. I was 700 calories under my allowed daily amount. This site makes it so easy to stay on top of tracking food as well as a great motivation for me. Lets see if I can keep it up :)
