Knee problems

So I am in my 3rd week of P90x and things have been going fine except last night trying to do my plyometrics. My knee felt like it was about to give way so I was only able to do half of my workout. Today it is feeling just fine, my question is should I continue my workouts at a lighter pace or stop? Thanks in advance for any advice.

You'll want to be careful with that knee. I was doing Jillian Michaels 30 DS, the back of my knee was aching and I was limping the next two. Although I stop limping the pain was there for about two weeks. I went to the doctor and they I pulled a ligament and it was inflame. I was put on medication for two week for inflammation and pain. I now workout with a knee support/brace.0
