Almost didn't make it!

Ok so I was on my third night of my P90x program. It was a cold night and I had a full belly of food about 1 hour prior to workout time. I ended up falling asleep ! Right when I opened my eyes to roll over I jumped out of bed popped the dvd in and did my workout. MFP really does help with motivation. It was a close one last night

    Way to stick with it. I am to the point where I feel bad if I miss a workout. I always find time to squeeze it in somehow, even on the busiest of days.
