We have 4 kids and my day is insane, I don't have any hour of the day that I can carve out for the gym. I need a shorter video with minimal equipment and that isn't crazy expensive. Any suggestions? I already have 30 day shred

Polar FT4 not reading heart rate
I just replaced the batteries, I have had it for just over a year, took a month off of working out and it wont pick it up at all. I made sure its wet and clean and nothing. Anymore ideas?

what is a "safe" defecit?
I want to apologize if I am new and this has been asked a million times. But I thought he goal was to have a calorie defecit, right?! So I eat about 1200 cals a day, some days I don't quite make it. and I workout 5-6 days a week. How much of a defecit is tooo much? I am not tired, and have plenty of energy for my workouts.

lifting =gaining?!
I am not a fan of lifting, I KNOW I should do it, but I dread it, and then.. as soon as I decide to suck it up and do it I swear I gain 2 -4 pounds even though nothing else has changed!
