same calories regardless of exercise?
Is it ok to just try to eat the same amount of calories regardless of whether you exercise or not? I currently eat around 1600 a day and am losing at about a pound a week. I hate bananas. I see so many people put them in their smoothies and such but no matter what I put them in I can taste them. Is there an advantage to eating bananas??
