liquid diets, smoothies, and shakes
I was thinking of starting a liquid diet for a week or so. I read an article about liquid diets and a type of diet where you drink shakes or smoothies for breakfast and lunch then eat a light dinner. Is this healthy? Has anyone tried this if so what were your results and do you have any smoothie recipes to recommend?

I usually go ahead and log my meals before I eat them if anyone else does this what do u do if u dnt eat all that u logged? I usually just leave mine like it is.

Any of you that r counting calories to lose weight do you worry abt the nutrition goals mfp sets for you I usually go over a little on sugars today so far I'm over on cholesterol. I was just wondering if going over on the nutrition is going to hurt my chances of losing weight?
