Ladies: Do any of you struggle during "PMS week?"
I realized last night that I've been PMSing this past week. I've also been way over on my caloric intake during the week. Though I didn't gain much (only about 1/2 a pound), I did gain. What have you found works well for you in combating the negative effects of PMS?
