I'm at a national meeting, seeing many people who I only see once or twice a year and have had many, many people tell me how great I'm looking and asking what I've been doing!!!

Weekend NSV - 5K
I planned to walk a 5K with my son and some friends this weekend but got inspired/competitive once we got there and decided to run it. I finished in 23 minutes...way faster than I thought I'd go!

I started swimming again when I joined MFP back in November and got to the point where I could swim 1600 yards in around 30 minutes and have been doing that a couple times a week for cardio... NSV Last Night
Went shopping for new pants and bought jeans wit a 34" Waist! Haven't done that in over 20 years! Also had son tell me I need new shirts because mine are baggy and "make me look fat".
