Just had a co-worker say...wow, you're looking so fit! Great feeling!!!!

    Awesome! That is always a fantastic feeling. It was when I lost 25 pounds that people noticed my weight loss. Keep it up.

    Because I see my co-workers every day, no one noticed my "winter project" until I put on some sleek spring dresses this week.

    I was able to go from caterpillar to butterfly in 5 months, but I'm not quite done yet!

    it is a good feeling. BUT I wonder why co-workers notice when spouses do not???
