Here's what I have planned for tomorrow: Mushroom and spinach egg white omelet Turkey bacon and asparagus Tuna over mixed greens with red onion and red bell pepper, drizzled with balsamic vinegar mixed with Truvia; pepperoncini and a pickle Deli turkey Western beef stew

Phase 1 - What did you eat today?
Raspberries with steel cut oats. Mango Turkey deli meat in brown rice wrap with a little mild mustard and tomatoes, red bell pepper, and mixed organic greens. A pear. A burger patty with Ezekial bread. Sauteed onions and mushrooms. Raw red bell pepper.

Saving calories for tomorrow? Does that work?
I'm going to be at a social event tomorrow where I know I will want to eat some not so healthy treats. Exercising calories you haven't eaten today
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how this affects metabolism. I ate a 150 calorie breakfast and then exercised 300 calories off. Is it bad for my metabolism to exercise off more calories than I've eaten today. In other words, should I try to eat another 150 calories before I exercise next time? I didn't feel like I…
