Stationary bike vs Treadmill
I am wondering, is a stationary bike as good as a treadmill? I feel like it's almost lazy because you are sitting down while using a stationary bike, but I wonder if it makes a difference as long as you are burning the same amount of calories. Thoughts?

Does it matter what time of day you work out?
I am doing Ripped in 30. I've been doing it after my youngest goes to bed, which is usually between 9 and 9:30pm.
