Yes, ideally I would like to do that as well. It's tough to get up at 6am to work out. I'm wondering if taking some vitamins or other supplements will help with the sluggishness.

I was wondering about vitamins. I read differing studies on whether or not vitamins in pill form are actually beneficial or whether or not they are basically placebos.

That is super frustrating. You would think with how popular C25K is these days that some math whiz would have an online calculator where you just have to put in your weight to figure out calories burned. :/

I am starting C25K too! I am still on Week 1 though. There is no way you only burned 175 calories doing all of that, I burned 211 just doing the first day, and I'm 186. I did my math on Livestrong, though, but got converted to MFP yesterday. :) I'd be more inclined to believe the higher number, but it's pretty high. Maybe…

If you use light coconut milk, the whole thing is approximately 900 calories, 37 grams of fat, 145 carbs and 24 fiber. (numbers rounded)
