Are you doing the six week body makeover diet? I would love to work with you and provide that extra support along the way. Its a great diet guys and will encourage a lifestyle change. :drinker:

    @polar it is truly awesome. the diet is great and helps with portion control. i lose 29 lbs the first time i did the diet, but fell out the tracks and continued with the fried foods. i love it and will start again the beginning of the year
