I tried it once. (My mom bought it for me on a whim.)
I was already calorie counting at the time but I tried putting it on my food and found that it didn't make me feel full any sooner, it just made my food taste less delicious somehow. I have NO idea how that works, if it makes it more bland or something... but it actually makes the food less enjoyable.0 -

It does for me! I guarantee I wouldn't want to eat any food that has fish food sprinkled on it.0
