Does it matter if you not getting enough cals in, in a day?
I need to loose 90lbs total. Im exercising 6 days a week sometimes 2x a day. Seems like the weight would just melt off, right? Im taking one day at a time with this program. Anyways some days I get a red note at the bottom of the screen (your eating too few cals, try to eat atleast 1200 cals a day). Does this 1200 number…
