Stalled on the overhead press this morning
I stalled on overhead press this morning and if I read the Stronglifts program right I need to retry at current weight and only take weight off if I stall again. I think that's right. Any suggestions on how to overcome a stall on overhead press?

Squats and soreness
This morning I did workout number two and when it came to squats I couldn't even get to parallel due to soreness in my thighs. I did a warm up, and even did some stationary bike before I started. First 5x5 workout this morning
Well today was my first 5x5 workout and the first time I have lifted weights in 15 years as well. Everything went pretty good, although I think my grip is too wide on the squat. I think as I lose the flab the grip problem will take care of itself.
