Body parameter scale?
Not sure if this is the right section but I'm looking to upgrade my basic weight scale to one that shows more body parameters such as percent fat, bone mass, water mass that kind of stuff. Any suggestions? I'm new to these kind of scales but tried one at my coaches house and think it'd be a great investment!

I have a huge tub of plain chocolate protein powder and it isn't very good. Despite all the things I have tried i can't seem to make delicious low cal shakes like my local protein shake place. Any good recipes? I like to keep them 350 calories or under.

Don't want to eat
