After reaching goal weight

I have started this whole life style change process a couple weeks ago and have really felt the positive effects of not only the exercise but the feeling of not always being so full I want to puke. I look forward to finally reaching my goal weight and I was wondering if anyone has any success stories to share, when you reached your goal weight how did you adjust your calories and exercise?

  • After reaching goal, I slowly increased calories.....went up 100 for two weeks, then another 100 for 2 weeks, until I settled into goal weight. I work out just as much, but eat a bit more.
