Weak feet or what?
I am really starting to wonder why I can balance in 1-legged yoga poses in flip flops and even heals but the second I am bare footed and on a Yoga mat, I fall constantly. I probably should do some research but does anyone know what causes this and what I can do to fix it? Thanks! Sam

I just started this workout and absolutely love it!! I know its not the hottest workout out there. Is anyone doing it, about to do it or wanting to do it?
